The phrase “If you help enough people get what they want then you will get what you want” has never been more true than in a direct sales business. First ask yourself if you are willing to help other people. If you are this kind of person then direct sales is probably for you. If you are the kind of person that just wants to make money and not be bothered with other people’s issues then you might want to find a company were you just sell the products and stay away from recruiting. The real power of a good direct sales company is “People Power”. It really is about helping others succeed. But if you can make money and help others at the same time then you really have a wonderful combination. If you are going to be successful in a direct sales company where you can get residual income you are going to have to recruit personally and then mentor those who you recruit.
